  1. If you have nothing positive to contribute, don't contribute anything at all.  Negative energy does nothing to drive you forward, therefore there is no place for it here.
  2. We commit fully to you and your progress.  We expect you to fully commit to making yourself better.  
  3. Honest communication is key to this relationship working.  We need to know about the upcoming business trip, family vacation, or illness that may effect your training.  Your training plan is built around YOUR schedule with a designed 'flow' to maximize results, therefore, we need to know what is going on.
